JobOffer Situation
I recently interviewed for a company through a headhunter. However, I noticed that the company was advertising for multiple positions and had a significant presence on LinkedIn and other job boards for over a month. The headhunter assured me that I would receive an offer, but it's been half a month andI still haven't heard back. The headhunter remains optimistic, but I'm considering whether I should accept the position if it is eventually offered. During the interview, the company only mentioned the probationary period salary, which is a 6-month trial period. I have concerns that the salary may not increase after the probationary period. I inquired with others, and they indicated that it's unlikely that the salary will increase at the time of transfer. The company's salary offer is approximately $4,000 higher than my current salary. I am torn between accepting the potential offer and waiting for ahigher salary elsewhere. I am also concerned about the possible impact on my career if I join a company that is not actively seeking new employees.JQS Company Information
